Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026

Life Center Kingstree ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through https://www.lifecenterkingstree.com and how we use, share, and protect it.

Information we collect

  • Prayer requests. When you submit a prayer request, we receive your name (if you provide it), your contact information (if you provide it), and the content of your request. Prayer requests are visible only to our pastors and authorized prayer team.
  • Visitor cards. If you fill out a visitor card, we collect your name, contact details, and any notes you choose to share so our team can follow up with you.
  • Contact form messages. Messages you send through our contact form are delivered to our church staff and leadership.
  • Text sign-ups. If you opt in to receive text updates, we store your mobile number to send you church announcements and reminders. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
  • Account information. When you create a member account, we store your email address and approve access before any account can use staff features.
  • Technical data. Like most websites, we receive standard logs (browser type, pages visited, and approximate location) through our hosting platform for security and site improvement.

How we use your information

  • To pray for you, follow up with visitors, and respond to messages you send us.
  • To send church announcements and reminders when you have opted in.
  • To manage member accounts and the access level assigned to each account.
  • To keep the website secure and working correctly.

Sharing on Facebook

When church staff publish news posts, Pastor's Corner messages, or event announcements, our website may automatically share that content to our official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/lcphkingstree/). The information shared is limited to the title, body text, image, and link of the published content. No personal information from prayer requests, visitor cards, or contact messages is ever shared to Facebook.

How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your information. Prayer requests, visitor cards, and contact messages are shared only with the pastors, staff, and authorized volunteers who need them to serve you. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety of our church family.

Data retention

Prayer requests, visitor cards, and messages are kept for as long as needed for pastoral care and follow-up. You can ask us to remove your information at any time (see "Your rights" below).
