Ministry Leaders

Tonya Carpenter is a licensed minister who leads our Worship and Arts ministry with a passion to create an atmosphere where every soul can encounter the presence of God. She brings creativity, excellence, and a heart for the Kingdom to every service, guiding our worship team, vocalists, and media arts into a unified expression of praise.

Mike Haselden is a licensed minister and our Children's Pastor, creating a safe, fun, and faith-filled environment where children can grow in their love for Jesus. He has a heart for kids to know God personally and experience His goodness from an early age.

Pastor Brandy Steedley leads Life Sprouts, our nursery ministry for our youngest children. As a mother herself, she knows firsthand how vital the early years are — having a child that age opened her eyes to the importance of early influence. She is passionate about creating a warm, safe, and loving environment where even the smallest ones begin to feel the love of Jesus and the care of His church.

Dawn and Percival Bonick serve together with Michael and Tiffany Norwood as ROOTED Youth leaders, investing in the lives of students ages 11–17. Their shared heart is to see young people rooted in Christ, growing in faith, and building lasting friendships that carry them through every season of life. Together they reach the next generation, discipling students to know who they are in Christ and equipping them to live boldly for the Kingdom in their schools, homes, and communities.

Mike and Tiffany Norwood lead Branches, our young adult ministry for ages 18–25. Their heart is to help young adults stay connected to the Vine — growing deep roots in Christ while navigating college, careers, relationships, and the big decisions of early adulthood. They create a genuine, welcoming space where young adults can ask real questions, build lasting friendships, and discover God's purpose for their lives.

Lauren Gates leads Radiant Girls Ministry, encouraging girls to discover their identity in Christ and grow in faith, confidence, and friendship.

Radical Boys Ministry is coming soon to Life Center. Leadership details and meeting information will be shared once they are confirmed.

Kathy Saint and Lauren Gates lead Women's Ministry with a heart to help women build genuine relationships, deepen their faith, and encourage one another through every season of life.

Brian Gamble and Robbie Carpenter lead Men's Ministry, helping men strengthen their faith, build meaningful brotherhood, and live with God-given purpose.

Pastor Tonya Carpenter leads our Intercessory Prayer Team, standing in the gap for our church, our families, our community, and our nation. With a deep sensitivity to the Holy Spirit and a steadfast commitment to prayer, she guides a dedicated team of intercessors who faithfully cover every service, every ministry, and every need that is brought before the Lord.

Pastor Lester Steedley leads Kingdom Connection, our online church, and our Media Ministry, with a genuine love for media and for connecting people to the Kingdom beyond the walls of a building. His heart is to make sure that anyone, anywhere, can encounter the life and message of Life Center Kingstree — whether they are joining us across town or across the world.

Brian and Donyele Gamble lead our Connection Team, the friendly faces who greet, park, and welcome everyone who walks through the doors of Life Center. Their heart is to make sure every guest feels seen, valued, and at home from the moment they arrive — whether that's a warm greeting at the door, help finding a seat, or guidance in the parking lot. They believe a genuine welcome is often the first step toward someone encountering the love of Jesus.
